Timeline
The Ultimate Service Agreement was first released in March 2003 and expanded on a very popular, simple downloadable report on IT service agreements.
While it got lots of good positive feedback from customers and sold quite well, a more comprehensive version, the Computer Consulting 101 Professional Kit ($397 US), with approximately four times the contents, and the Computer Consulting Startup Kit ($197 US), with approximately double the contents, were often confused with the Ultimate Service Agreement ($97 US) and created some minor pre-sales and post-sales problems.
The Ultimate Service Agreement was replaced by the much more comprehensive Computer Consulting Kit Home Study Course and Computer Consulting Kit Club in March 2007, with support for the Ultimate Service Agreement discontinued at the end of 2008.
Pivot
In 2013, the publisher began pivoting its core business model from training to implementation.
Because of dramatic market shifts in B2B purchasing cycles, where search, social, mobile, and cloud makes many traditional interruption-centric marketing channels anywhere from much less effective to obsolete, the company rebranded as SP Home Run Inc. and now provides outsourced Inbound marketing services for B2B technology companies.
